The owners are requesting groups that will quietly enjoy the property rather than have celebrations or parties. Besides the two bedrooms, there is a small cottage with a full futon couch/bed in it that can be used. Guests please note: There is an apartment on the property that is a long term rental, it has a separate entrance and the tenant does not use any part of the yard or the main house. Dogs Allowed.
