One of Stinson Beach’s most special spots, just outside of Seadrift, this is not a “normal” rental. A beloved home, it is available only at certain times of the year only by Sotheby’s to those who will enjoy its treasured wide ocean frontage location, breathtaking and unencumbered ocean views from both inside and outside of the house and gated privacy. The unpretentious home and serene garden with signature trees breathe casual elegance at every turn. Inside you will find comfortable amenities sprinkled with antiques. Original artwork by Yaz Krehbiel, Victoria Mimiaga, Angela Hayson and others delights. For those who enjoy a sunset cocktail, the house is filled with Spiegelau wine and crystal Martini glasses. Heirloom silver plate, Al Clad cookware, Henckels knives, linen napkins and placemats and a custom built copper topped table enhance the dining experience while a Bang and Olufsen stereo system brings new dimensions to augmenting the sound of the waves. All beds don 100% cotton linens. Exercise balls, weights, mats and bands, sand toys, kites, volleyball net, boogey boards and even a massage table will help you “earn” time relaxing in front of the magnificent 5’ x 3’ fireplace stocked with never ending wood. Outside, you can enjoy a leeward lunch at the Smith and Hawken table or lounge in front of the outdoor fireplace. Though the high speed wireless may tempt you, a suggested and favorite afternoon pastime is being lulled in the Original Pawleys Island Presidential Rope Hammock. A few moments on the 3" diameter rope swing allow a renewed sense of space and light and breakfast from the Adirondack chairs with a full ocean view doesn't get any better... Even your own New York Times is delivered each Sunday. Rejuvenate here...

This property requires an extra level of commitment by the guest. It has a maximum sleeping occupancy of 6 and allows 4 guests for day or evening use, therefore it is not suitable for parties or gatherings, and does not permit smoking. Upon booking please read the addendum carefully. NOTE: Due to the nature of this home, 11 Sonoma Patio prefers adults only, but will consider children ages 16 and older. No Pets Allowed.
